  This difficult arched doorframe was manufactured in the workshop by Ian Ducane of Sunline, to replace the original which had rotted. It was a first rate piece of work which fitted exactly to the brickwork and the existing doors when 'offered up' for the first time, without any need for adjustment. To achieve this exceptional standard of accuracy, with a workshop-manufactured item based entirely on measurements taken on-site on a cold and windy day, is the mark of a master craftsman - and that is how Ian Ducane should be described.

  Apart from this arched door frame, Ian Ducane also carried out extensive renovation to the roof tiles and heavy roof timbers of this property, together with the complete renewal of the guttering; all this work was carried out to similar standards of excellence. He is thoroughly recommended for any work of this nature, both at ground level and at height.

  Sunline has recently done a lot of work to our property, involving demolishing the old Kitchen extension and conservatory and building a new larger Kitchen extension and conservatory, including all the associated electrical, plumbing, Tiling and flooring, complete with a new fitted kitchen.

  Ian DuCane has made sure that all the details were thought about such as Weatherproof external Garden socket, Outside tap, External security lighting, properly designed steps from the conservatory to garden and a new curved top gate set in a brick arch which really finishes the outside a treat.

  He also made a lovely purpose built hairdressing unit in the conservatory which matched the Kitchen without having to buy extra tops or units.

  All his work is to a high standard and we have no hesitation in reccomending his bussiness.

  Sunline has carried out numerous work for me on the properties that I own. I enclose pictures of an example of his work, which involved installing windows and doors to my flat, they really enhanced the apartment without losing the charm of the sash window style, Ian also upgraded the cladding to the dormers while installing the new windows ,which was not easy as they are five stories up. Ian DuCanes work is done with a minimum of disruption and is always top quallity.
